The 0-54394-10 is a PC Base Driver Board made by Reliance for use within their drive systems. While not typical, this board can originate from Asea Brown Boveri or from Baldor Reliance. In both cases, 54394-10 will reflect in the part number.
Other board components include high-capacity aluminum electrolytic capacitors, ceramic disk capacitors, capacitors of other materials, an LED indicator, resistors, diodes, an integrated circuit, an inductor, and several terminal pins. These are labeled by the color of wire that should attach to the pin. This includes orange, black, red, and white.
