0-55307-F Control Board
The 0-55307-F is a Control Board fabricated by Reliance. While the majority of these boards will be marked as coming from Reliance, some will originate as Baldor-Reliance components. More rarely, the board may be manufactured by Asea Brown Boveri/ABB. 55307-F will always appear as part of the part id.
The 0-55307-F has a grid pattern printed across its surface, like most boards in this series. This grid is designated by letters in one direction (A through BY,) and by numbers by fives in the other (zero through thirty.) This is a smaller board. It does not have any type of extractor clip or faceplate attached. The board is drilled on each long edge three times to allow for mounting options.
The 0-55307-F is populated by metal film resistors of various size. It has diodes, disk capacitors, and other capacitors made from electrolytic material and ceramic material. The board has a single potentiometer located in one corner of the board. This is marked IET Adjust. There are four integrated circuits, TP test points, and stab on connectors. The board has a single phototransistor in a six lead plastic DIP package, along with several other transistors. A final large component is screw mounted to the board near the top edge of the board. This has three surface wires connecting it to the board’s surface. The rear board surface carries additional codes and information.
