About the 0-55310

The 0-55310 is a Reliance Electric created PC Board. depending on the year it was manufactured, this board may have been sold by either Asea Brown Boveri or Baldor Reliance. This card can be also found under the part numbers O-55310 or 055310.

The 0-55310 is a DV/DT PC Card. It is a replacement part for a FlexPak DC V*S Drive. It is rated for 3-20 HP and 230 VACs. Only one of these is needed per controller.  The 0-55310 has six black resistors, seven red or blue resistors, and a long light blue resistor. It has a series of wires that are mounted and connected to each other and leads into a harness. The 0-55310 is secured into place using pre-drilled holes in each of the corners on the card.

14C662 is meant to go into a FlexPak DC V*S drive. This drive is a three-phase drive controller. This controller’s main function is the conversion of AC power into DC power because DC power is one-way flowing and easier to control. It is typically configured in a chassis-type enclosure that can be mounted into a larger panel.

This system should only be installed or serviced by a qualified electrical maintenance person. Failure to adhere to this specification could result in personal injuries or equipment damage. Please refer to the user manual D-3938-2 for more information about the 0-55310 and the FlexPak drive it goes with.
