About the 0-55320
Hardware Tips and Specifications
The 0-55320 is a RELIANCE DRIVE BOARD 460V DV/DT card by Reliance Electric. The 0-55320 has
- seven large silver metal thick film resistors that run the center of the circuit board
- nine metal tabs that are labeled with numbers:
- five hundred and forty-seven (547)
- four hundred and forty-five (445)
- three hundred and forty-five (345)
- two hundred and forty-five (245)
- four hundred and forty-seven (447)
- three hundred and forty-seven (347)
- two hundred and forty seven (247)
- forty-seven (47) and forty-seven (47).
Voltage Suppression Hardware Specifications
Below the thick film resistors are four more metal tabs labeled: forty-five (45), one hundred and fifty-three (153), fifty-two (52), and one hundred and fifty-one (151). There is a black wire, a brown wire, a light blue wire, a yellow wire, a gray wire, and a light purple wire that connect to various parts of the circuit board and have the color marked where they are connected: BLK, BRN, BLU, GRY, YEL, VIO (for the light purple wire). All of the wires are bundled together with zip ties and are placed into a female connection clip harness. The 0-55320 also has:
- twelve light blue carbon film resistors around the lower edge of the card
- letters to mark out the grid lines while the upper edge uses numbers to mark out those grid lines
- numbers that increase by five and letters that go from A through Z then double up AA through AY, with only the second letter being changed
