About the 0-55325-2
0-55325-2 Voltage Regulator Board
The 0-55325-2 is a circuit board fabricated by Reliance Electric, designed for use within their various drive systems. This board functions as a Voltage Regulator Card. Most of the 0-55325-2 boards originally shipped from Reliance, but it is possible your component may be marked as being an ABB/Asea Brown Boveri or a Baldor Reliance component. The board number will be the same.
The 0-55325-2 is a small circuit board with few components. It has two right-angled flanges attached to its leading edge. These flanges have drill holes mounted in their vertical surfaces that will allow the board to be mounted by screws or other hardware to a vertical surface. The board is populated by three diodes (marked D1 through D3.) D3 is a Schottky rectifier diode with high-frequency operation and lower forward voltage drop. Other components include connectors attached to the board at the end of red, black, or white wires. Connectors include female stab-on covers, screw mount ring connectors, and other female connectors. Wires are typically zip tied together during storage or shipment.
Reliance data sheets or manuals that reference the 0-55325-2 will provide more in-depth information about the operation and/or installation of this product. Please read and follow all handling procedures.
