About the 0-55325-24
0-55325-24 PC Base Drive Control Board
The 0-55325-24 is a Base Drive Control Board fabricated by Reliance Electric for use in the company’s drive systems. Due to changes in company structure, your original board may have shipped from Reliance, from Baldor-Reliance, or from ABB. The part id reflects the 55325-24 number in all of these cases.
The 0-55325-24 PCB is long and narrow. It has two standoffs mounted into drill holes made in the card’s surface near the right front and rear corners. The board has four additional drill holes with other hardware mounted within them and other open drill holes along board edges. The top surface of the card is marked with a grid pattern.
The 0-55325-24 is populated by a single transformer component. Next to this, the card has four heat sink components. Other components on the board include terminal pins, stab-on connectors, transistors, integrated circuits, polyester vinyl capacitors, high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, wire wound resistors, metal film resistors, and diodes. The board also uses ceramic disk capacitors. Some components are mounted above the board’s surface. Surface wiring is used in several places.
A white underlayment is attached to 0-55325-24 along three edges. This extends from and above the board along these edges as a sort of guard. The leading edge does not have this extension.
More information regarding the installation and/or operation of the board may be found through original technical support publications from Reliance. If these publications are not currently available to you, please talk to your AX Control sales representative when you place your order.
