0-55325-49 Signal Buffer Control Board
The 0-55325-49 is a Signal Buffer Control Board manufactured by Reliance Electric. This board has been discontinued by the manufacturer. The majority of these boards will be marked as Reliance components; however, in some cases, they may originate from Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) or possibly from Baldor-Reliance. The 55325-49 number will always appear in the part id.
The 0-55325-49 has factory-made drill holes located in each corner to allow the board to be mounted. The circuit board is populated by a single green LED indicator, located along the top board edge. Next to this is a fuse clipped into fuse holders. The top edge also has a vertical pin male header connector with nineteen pins. The bottom edge of the board holds only one component, which is a nineteen-position terminal strip. Each screw connection on this strip is numbered. There is a second two-position terminal position located on the right board edge.
Other components that appear on the 0-55325-49 include seven diodes, seven wire-wound resistors, a 50v 2200 μf electrolytic capacitor, a single carbon composite resistor, and seven relays. Each relay has a relay diagram printed on its top surface. Components are marked with reference designators of easy identification.
The rear surface of the board is marked with codes like 708204--14B and 290 [209] 2-01. Please review Reliance publications like series user guides, product manuals, or data sheets for this product for more detailed information regarding the board’s operation, maintenance, or installation. These publications will also provide safety and handling procedures.
