About the 0-55325-9
0-55325-9 Voltage to Isolation Board
The 0-55325-9 is a Voltage to Isolation Board from Reliance Electric. This component is most often used in Reliance drives. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer. This is most usually a Reliance component, but in some cases, the board may originate from other manufacturers including ABB and Baldor Reliance. 55325-9 will remain in the part number.
The 0-55325-9 is a smaller board component. Unlike many in this series of boards, it does not include an attached faceplate or any type of extractor clip. The corners of the board have been drilled and stand-offs inserted to allow for mounting. The top surface is marked with an overall grid pattern.
The 0-55325-9 has three terminal strips on its surface. This includes two two-position terminal strips along the top and right edges, and a four-position terminal strip along the left edge. Each of these strips can be fitted with its own smaller cover that connects with two screws. The board has two potentiometers, three integrated circuits, a high-performance 4-20mA Output 2b20A voltage-to-current converter, and two low profile transformers. The potentiometers are labeled bias and gain. The transformers are flathead LP-40-60 signal transformers. Other components on the board include resistors, diodes, ceramic capacitors, and electrolytic capacitors.
More information about how to install the board, or more detailed information regarding board components, may be found through reviewing Reliance publications like manuals and user guides.
