About the 0-55329-5
0-55329-5 Reliance Circuit Board
The 0-55329-5 is a circuit board component manufactured by Reliance Electric (aka ABB/Asea Brown Boveri or Baldor Reliance.) This circuit board is used within Reliance drive systems.
The 0-55329-5 is a large rectangular circuit board with drill holes in each corner. Unlike many boards in this series, the 0-55329-5 does not have an attached front panel or any kind of extractor clip attached. The top surface is printed with a grid pattern that allows the user to identify the location of components easily.
The front edge of the 0-55329-5 is populated by a twenty-position terminal strip. Each screw mount within the terminal strip is individually labeled with a number (but these are not in numerical order.) Behind this component, the board has a relay located along its left edge. The relay has a relay diagram printed on its top surface.
Other components on the 0-55329-5 include a right-angled cable connector on the top edge, seven potentiometers, transistors, several ceramic disk capacitors, polyester vinyl capacitors, and high-voltage electrolytic capacitors. The board also has terminal pins (typically placed along the board’s edges,) integrated circuits, resistors, and diodes. The board has a heat sink shield screw mounted to its surface near the lower right corner.
For more information, please refer to Reliance user guides and manuals. These products will provide detailed information onboard operation, as well as a step-by-step guide for installation and maintenance. This is a static-sensitive board. AX Control will ship the 0-55329-5 protected by an anti-static sleeve before it is carefully boxed.
