About the 0-55350-10
The 0-55350-10 is a DC Feedback Module drive board from Reliance Electric. This board is drilled in all four corners for mounting options. It is marked with the board identification number. Most but not all components are marked with designators. The board is roughly four inches by six inches.
The 0-55350-10 has one large transformer located near one corner of the board. This component uses surface wiring to connect to two through-holes on the board. These are marked “13” and “14.” The board is marked “25KH” between these two through-holes.
The 0-55350-10 has three voltage regulators. Voltage regulators are integrated circuits that provide constant fixed output voltage regardless of any change in the load or input voltage, usually by automatically adjusting the resistance via a feedback loop. Each of these voltage regulators is placed on the board near capacitors and diodes. Two of the voltage regulators are surrounded by four aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The other voltage regulator is placed between an aluminum electrolytic capacitor and a polyester vinyl capacitor. The board also has an additional four capacitors on the board (one aluminum electrolytic, three polyester vinyl.) The board has several lines of metal film resistors. Diodes tend to be ceramic.
The 0-55350-10 has two sets of metal pins. One set, which is marked +Bus on one side, -Bus on the other, and is also designated as CN102, has three pins placed within a printed box. The other, which is designated as CN106, has two sets of two pins placed within two boxes, set side-by-side.
