0-56936-102AA  Communication Card GV3000

The 0-56936-102AA is a board component originally fabricated by Reliance Electric for use within the company’s drive systems, most often the GV3000 series.  Due to changes in company structure, it is possible your original board component was shipped from either Asea Brown Boveri or from Baldor-Reliance.  If you have any questions about the compatibility of this replacement board with your system, please speak to our team today. 

The 0-56936-102AA functions as a Communication Network Card.  It is no longer being manufactured.  The board is rectangular, with no extruding tabs or indents.   The board is drilled at least once in each corner to allow for hardware mounting.  This may include standoffs or screws.   Some of these factory drilled holes are ringed with a conductive material.  The top and right edges are marked off by the half-inch.  An X and Y axis has been marked on the board’s surface. 

Components on the 0-56936-102AA include FPGAs (field programmable gate arrays,) high-performance analog switching regulators, oscillating chips, and about twenty-two other integrated circuits.  The board has jumper switches, two LED indicators, an inductor coil,  a small transformer (PE-5760 0011-n) a relay, as well as capacitors, resistors, and diodes.  The board also has a two-position terminal strip located in the bottom left corner and a right-angled cable connector with retaining clips located on the left edge.  The board has components on both its front and back surfaces.
