About the 0-57100
0-57100 Control Logic Module
The 0-57100 is a Reliance Electric LTD board component fabricated for use within Reliance drives, typically the Mini Pak Plus DC variable speed drive.
The 0-57100 functions as a Regulator/Control Logic module. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer produced. The 0-57100 is marked on two sides with reference hash marks that have been notated on one axis by numbers and on the other by letters. Components do not carry any sort of reference designator but are sometimes labeled with their use, and often have their original manufacturer part number imprinted on their surface.
The 0-57100 is drilled for mounting hardware in one corner, and elsewhere on the board three other times. The board has six slightly larger round openings cut into the board’s surface. Board components include six potentiometers, two transformers, one relay, several transistors, and two surface-wired female pin connectors. The board also has four integrated circuits, metal film resistors, and capacitors made from various mediums including aluminum electrolytic, ceramic, and polyester vinyl. The board has multiple lines of terminal pins. Each line tends to have some kind of labeling, either to individual pins or to the overall line. The rear of the board is marked with several additional codes, including 801416-68A.
