About the 0-57140
The 0-57140 is a Regulator Board manufactured by Reliance Electric Company. The 0-57140 is a large card labeled zero to seventy on one edge and A through Z then AA through AZ on the opposite edge. The 0-57140 has four PCB mount electrolytic condensers, one tiny polypropylene condenser, one medium size polypropylene condenser, and a large polypropylene condenser. Every condenser regardless of what kind has its capabilities printed on the outside casing. The 0-57140 board has multiple transistors that are circular and silver. There is also a series of different style resistors throughout the circuit board. There is a green thick film resistor, various fusible resistors of different colors, and multiple linear style resistors of different shapes and color. The 0-57140 also has six blue boxes with white dots in the center surrounded by white tick marks. These blue boxes are known as trimmers. Trimmers are a type of variable resistors which means that they can be adjusted. Each trimmer can be adjusted independently of all the others. There are also over thirty individual metal spikes around the circuit board. They are split into various clusters each performing a different purpose. Each metal spike is labeled with a corresponding number and some are also labeled with a color to tell which wires should go where. The 0-57140 also has a large yellow relay box and a handful of integrated circuits.
