0-58706-16 FlexPak 3000 DV/DT Board
The 0-58706-16 is a circuit board component manufactured by Reliance Electric. This PCB is designed for use in Reliance drive systems, most often the FlexPak 3000. While the 0-58706-16 is usually considered a Reliance component, due to changes within the company over time, your original board may be marked as being a Baldor Reliance part. More rarely, it may have originated from Asea Brown Boveri. Regardless of the manufacturer, the part number should reflect the 58706-6 id.
The 0-58706-16 functions as a DV/DT board. It is a rectangular board with two large rectangles cut from the body of the board. The top surface is printed with an overall grid pattern. Corners are drilled with mounting holes and have additional screw mounts loaded into standoffs.
The 0-58706-16 has two lines of six thyristors on its surface. The board has twelve transformers, six film capacitors (0.1 μF K 1000V,) along with three metal oxide varistors and six wire wound resistors mounted to standoffs. The board also has metal film and CCR resistors. Other components include diodes, male and female connectors, stab-on connectors, small ceramic capacitors, and jumper switches. The board has a large multi-pin vertical cable connector located in the center of one long edge.
