The 0-58719-32 is a Reliance Electric created Field Supply Board. It may have also been mass-produced by Baldor Reliance and ASEA BROWN BOVERI depending on what year it was created. The manufacturers no longer produce the 0-58719-32 but AX Control still maintains this board as reconditioned or surplus stock.

The 0-58719-32 is a printed circuit board. It is rated at 15 AMPs. This circuit card has to do with the production of the magnetic field needed to alter the motor speed. When you provide resistance in the field, you reduce the voltage in the motor and that increases the speed being produced.  

The 0-58719-32 is supported by a metal plate along the back. The front of this card has two red circular resistors. The 0-58719-32 has two small transformers. The 0-58719-32 has two dark black resistors, and two linear resistors, and two small yellow resistors. The 0-58719-32 also has two black didoes. The circuit board has a red male connector and a black male connector. The 0-58719-32 also has a blue relay box and six metal tabs. Everything on the field support board is labeled.
