About the 0-58770
0-58770 Regulator Board for FlexPak 3000
The 0-58770 is a Regulator board manufactured by Reliance Electric for use in the company’s drives, primarily in the FlexPak 3000. The FlexPak 3000 is a digital DC drive that offers maximum panel and wiring flexibility. It can be operated via remote or local controls.
The 0-58770 is a large rectangular card with factory-made drill holes at each corner and at the center of the board. These drill holes are designed for mounting hardware like screws or standoffs. There is also a single notch cut in the center of the short end of the board.
The 0-58770 is populated by three vertical pin cable connectors with stabilizing clips. Each of these connectors is located on a board edge. The board also has a single right-angled cable connector on another board edge, next to a long terminal strip, two smaller vertical pin connectors within the body of the board (without stabilizing clips) and several stab-on connectors.
Other board components on the 0-58770 include five relays, several jumper switches, two LED indicators, transistors, diodes, capacitors, resistors, and integrated circuits, including memory ICs and oscillating chips. Most integrated circuits are marked with their original manufacturer information for easy identification.
