About the 0-58775
0-58775 Pulse Encoder Interface Board
The 0-58775 is a Pulse Encoder Interface Board. This board is manufactured by Reliance Electric and was originally shipped as part of their Pulse Encoder Interface Kit. In some cases, Reliance products shipped from ABB/Asea Brown Boveri or from Baldor-Reliance. If you have questions about this replacement board and its compatibility to your current board, please reach out to our team today.
The 0-58775 is typically used with the WebPak 3000 and FlexPak 3000 drives. It mounts to the Operator Interface Module, either as an optional I/O expansion board or directly on the carrier. The board mounts using screws threaded through the factory made drill holes in each corner. Nylon washers are recommended to protect the board.
The surface of the 0-58775 is populated by a single six position terminal strip, a vertical (male) cable connector with stabilizing clips, a large stab-on connector (labeled J3,) and two smaller metal pin connectors (labeled J2 (GND) and J4 (Speed Feedback.) The connections on the terminal strip are individually numbered (71 through 76) and individually labeled. The board also has nine integrated circuits, a diode, and two capacitors. The board is marked on two edges in half-inch increments. An X and a Y-axis have been marked.
For more detailed information regarding board components, board installation, proper wiring, or a troubleshooting guide, please refer to publications like data sheets or product manuals from Reliance. This static-sensitive board will be carefully wrapped in an anti-static bag before it is boxed for transit to your facility.
