0-60022-3  Reliance Drive Board 

The 0-60022-3 is a large board component manufactured by Reliance Electric for use within the company’s various systems, including the Automate drive.  It is possible your original board shipped from Baldor-Reliance or possibly from Asea Brown Boveri.  If you have any concerns regarding compatibility with our replacement product, please contact our team. 

The 0-60022-3 is a Drive board with a large number of components.  The board is drilled in each corner and within its body to allow for the addition of mounting hardware.  Its front edge is populated by a line of fifteen LED indicators.  These LEDs are green, red and amber.  This edge has a switch component, two fiber-optic communication ports,  two rail (male) pin ports,  and two cable connectors.   The body of the board has additional connectors, like male and female header connectors, and female pin connectors.  

Other board components on the  0-60022-3 include a transformer, inductor coils, three relays, three potentiometers, transistors, a high-voltage component mounted to a large heat sink, a fuse mounted to a fuse holder, multiple jumper switches, over seventy-five integrated circuits, diodes, resistors, and capacitors.  Capacitors vary from surface-mounted high-voltage electrolytic capacitors to ceramic disk capacitors, to radial box capacitors.
