About the 0-60023-1A
0-60023-1A Power Module Interface Board
The 0-60023-1A, produced by Reliance Electric, is a board component with a faceplate that has been made to fit in the company’s drive systems. While most of the 0-60023-1A modules shipped from Reliance Electric, there is a possibility the equipment you are replacing now were manufactured under the name ABB/Asea Brown Boveri or possibly Baldor-Reliance. Our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about compatibility.
The front panel (front faceplate) of the 0-60023-1A has three components mounted in its surface. This includes a green “OK” LED indicator, an 8-position terminal strip that is labeled on its top half “COM IN” and on its bottom half “COM OUT.” The board also has a single female power module interface connector. These components wire/connect into the circuit board. Three screws are used to mount the faceplate to the board component.
Both the front and rear sides of the 0-60023-1A are populated with board components. The rear surface of the 0-60023-1A has dozens of resistors and capacitors. The front surface carries a right-angled backplane connector, over sixty integrated circuits including oscillating chips and a microprocessing chip, transistors (including field effect transistors,) diodes (including Zener diodes,) resistors (including thin-film resistors,) and capacitors. The board also has a relay component. An X-axis and a Y-axis have been established.
If more information is needed, please refer to technical support publications originally provided by Reliance, like product manuals and user guides. These will also give the user more information regarding proper handling and installation.
