0-60023-5 AC Power Technology Module

The 0-60023-5 is a Reliance Electric module that has been fabricated to be used within the company’s drive systems.  This is a Reliance component. The 0-60023-5 functions as an AC Power Technology Module.  It is comprised of a rectangular circuit board with components mounted to both sides of the board attached to a faceplate.  The faceplate portion of this module has two set screws to lock it in place once it has been installed in a rack system. It has a female power module interface connector, a green “OK” LED indicator, and In and Out Synch Transfer COM ports.  

The board portion of the  0-60023-5 includes components like zener diodes, ceramic capacitors, polyester vinyl capacitors, high-voltage film capacitors, transistors, and resistors.  It has over sixty integrated circuits including field programmable gate arrays and oscillating chips. The rear surface of the board is primarily populated by resistors and capacitors.  The back edge of the board has a male right-angled interface connector attached via two screws. The board is drilled to allow for mounting options at each corner and is marked with a numbered grid pattern along two edges.
