0-60031-1 Resolver and Driver I/O Module
The 0-60031-1 is a Resolver and Driver I/O Module manufactured by Reliance Electric for use in the company’s drives. Please note before you place your order there are several versions of this board; please be sure you are ordering the version optimized for your system. The 0-60031-1 is typically considered a Reliance component. Due to changes in company structure, however, the board currently in your possession may have originally shipped from Asea Brown Boveri or from Baldor-Reliance. In all cases, the part ID includes 60031-1. This board has been discontinued from active manufacturing.
The 0-60031-1 has a front faceplate connected by screw mounts to the circuit board portion of the module. The faceplate has two female plug connectors (Feedback and I/O.) It has nine LED indicators. These are placed at the top of the faceplate in a single line. LEDs are green or amber. Each of these components wires into the surface of the circuit board.
The 0-60031-1 is populated by two inductor coils, a transformer, and an operational amplifier that has been mounted to a heat sink component. The board uses several kinds of capacitors, including ceramic disk capacitors, high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, and film capacitors. The board has a multi-pin cable connector placed at the center of the rear edge. Other components include relays, transistors, resistors, diodes, and over thirty integrated circuits, including field programmable gate arrays.
