About the 0-60053
0-60053 Control Option Board
The 0-60053 is a Reliance Electric board fabricated to be used in Reliance drive systems. This board is used as a Control Option Board. It has been discontinued and is no longer actively manufactured. It is most often used within Reliance’s FlexPak 3000 system.
The 0-60053 is a long, rectangular board. It has three vertical pin male connectors, including one labeled DC Out, one labeled 115V in, and one labeled CON3. The board is marked on two edges with inch and half-inch markings and is drilled in each corner to allow the mounting of hardware.
The 0-60053 is populated by twelve integrated circuits, ten rectifier diodes, eleven disk capacitors, along with metal film resistors, carbon composite resistors, and other capacitors. Board components are laid out in even lines and tend to form regular patterns from side to side and top to bottom. The bottom of the board includes several codes and has six standoffs mounted to its surface.
For additional information regarding the board’s use, its operation, or for detailed instructions regarding installation or handling, please consult technical support publications like data sheets or user guides that were originally provided by Reliance. These publications are now sometimes available through other manufacturers, including ABB and Baldor-Reliance
