About the 0-60065
The 0-60065 is a small LED board that can be mounted above the motherboard of the SA3100 Power Module Interface Regulator and provides visual feedback of the status of the drive and resolver I/O board, along with the PMI processor and the associated drive. This small board includes LEDs such as:
- (Green) OK LED to indicate internal power-up diagnostics on the PMI processor have passed, and that the Regulator is operating as it should.
- (Green) COMM OK LED to indicate the UDC module’s fiber-optic link is working and messages are being received.
- (Green) DRV RDY LED to indicate the motherboard is in good working condition and has passed basic startup checks
- (RED) P.M. FLT LED, which will indicate hardware faults like a DC bus overcurrent fault, a charge bus time out fault, an instantaneous overcurrent fault, or an overtemperature fault.
- (Red) EXT FLT LED to indicate a fault within the PMI Regulator like a DC bus over-voltage, a charge bus time-out fault, a ground current fault, or an over speed fault.
- (Red) I/O FLT LED to indicate a disruption between the PMI processor and a Flex I/O module
The board also has additional LEDs for FDBK OK (green), RPI (green), MCI (amber), AUX IN1 through 5 (all green), and AUX OUT (amber.)
The 0-60065 is factory drilled to allow for mounting on standoffs. It is marked with the board number and may carry additional codes and markings. More information regarding proper handling and detailed information about this board’s installation requirements can be sourced through Reliance manuals and datasheets.
