The 107075-023R  board component from Reliance Electric is designed as a replacement part for the company’s drive control systems.  Your original components may have been delivered under the company names of ABB, Asea Brown Boveri, Reliance, or Baldor Reliance, but typically they are compatible across company name changes.  

The 107075-023R  is designed with a double-wide front-attached faceplate that connects to the simple circuit board portion of the unit.  The circuit board has a flat backplane connector that extends from its rear edge to allow the unit to communicate with other board components within the same system.  The faceplate is designed with two set screws to lock the unit into place once it has been installed, and includes multiple rotary dials.  Each dial is marked from zero to ten with hash marks located between each number for finer tuning.  Each dial has been individually labeled with its use on the front of the faceplate.  Additionally, each dial connects to a potentiometer that is mounted to the front board edge of the circuit board.
