About the 418281-53A
The 418281-53A is a TST1 card by Reliance Electric. The front panel of this card has a voltage meter at the top. Below the voltage meter is a black knob labeled Test Signal. The knob can go from zero to ten, with only the even numbers printed around the knob. To the left of the knob is a section labeled RANGE. In this section is the following labels: 8-1.5V, 9-6V, 0-OFF, 1-15V, 2-60V. Below the RANGE section is a section labeled TEST SIG. and includes the following: 0-OFF, 1- DVR, 2- C. LOOP, 3- M. LOOP. Below the TEST SIG. section is a section labeled CHECK POINT and includes the following: 00- POT, 80- -12V, 90- +12V. On the right side of the CHECK POINT section is a large black toggle switch that is labeled POLARITY. On the left side of the button is a negative sign (-) and on the right side of the button is a positive sign (+). Towards the bottom is a large black box with for sections. The first section is labeled Test Sig., the second section is labeled Range, and the last two sections are labeled Check Point. Below the black box is three pins. The first pin is labeled Check Sig., the second pin is labeled COMM., and the third pin is labeled POT. OUT. The first and second pin are collectively marked SCOPE, and the second and third pin are collectively marked TEST SIG.
