About the 437001-RT
The 437001-RT printed circuit board was originally manufactured and distributed by Reliance Electric. Reliance manufactured a number of different boards for use in their various drive systems. Some components may have been sold at different times under other company names, like Asea Brown Boveri or Baldor Reliance. This change in company branding doesn’t typically affect compatibility; however, we recommend looking to your equipment’s primary manual for more information on this.
The 437001-RT is a small board component that includes a front faceplate. The faceplate attaches to the primary circuit board using two screw mounts that attach from the underside of the front board edge. The faceplate is marked with the Reliance logo and also includes the board ID number. Opposite this edge, the other short edge is populated by conductive tabs that function as the board’s backplane connector. This allows the board to communicate with other components within the rack system after it has been installed.
The 437001-RT is sparsely populated but does include integrated circuits, capacitors, and several lines of pin connectors that will allow for surface wired connections. Like the front faceplate, the board itself is marked with the Reliance logo and the board ID number, as well as other codes that will help with positioning and wiring. Additional information regarding this board can be found using original documentation from the OEM including datasheets and manuals.
