About the 60022-1
The 60022-1 is a process control board designed and manufactured by Reliance Electric to be used within the company’s drive systems, typically the SA500. While some sites may have this board listed as a Baldor Reliance, ABB, or Asea Brown Boveri component, we list the board under the original company name of Reliance.
The 60022-1 is a larger board designed with a number of board components on its surface. The unit is factory drilled at each board corner and also within the board body to allow for the addition of mounting hardware or components. The front board edge includes fifteen LED indicators that are red, green, or amber. It also has pin ports, cable connectors, fiber-optic connectors, and a switch component all along the front board edge.
Meanwhile, the body of the board has additional connectors on its surface, including female vertical pin connectors and male and female header connectors. Other components include inductor coils, relays, potentiometers, fuses in fuse holders, transistors, a transformer, and jumper switches. The board also uses capacitors, resistors, diodes, and integrated circuits. Most of these are marked with some kind of reference designation for easy identification.
Additional information about the makeup of the 60022-1 as well as specific and detailed information regarding proper handling and installation can be found through original documentation from Reliance Electric. This includes manuals, sales guides, and datasheets. AX Control may have some of these available if you no longer have your originals.
