The 613613-600R is one of several fiber-optic cables of varying lengths from Reliance Electric available here at AX Control.  This cable uses Manchester encoding and has a transmission rate of 10 MB per second.   It is most commonly used to connect modules like the PMI and UDC.  

The 613613-600R is a 600-inch cable.  The cable is designed with an outer PVC (polyvinyl chloride) coating over a Kevlar fiber underlayment.   Internal duplexed fibers under this layer are independently insulated, allowing the 613613-600R to be a breakout cable that can be used in communication closets or industrial applications where ruggedness is required.  

The 613613-600R should still be installed in such a way that takes environmental conditions and hazards into consideration.  Significant abrasion or vibration should be avoided by moving the cable away from parts that move or from areas where personnel may regularly bump into it.  However, the cable should remain accessible for maintenance.  

The 613613-600R has a max pull rate of 68 kg with a minimum bend radius of 60 mm.   Look to Reliance manuals and user guides for more specific information regarding proper installation and configuration.   Such documentation will also provide you with step-by-step troubleshooting.
