The 705309-39R functions as a field supply assembly. This component is designed from a three-sided metal housing with two right-angled flanges drilled for mounting located at the bottom of both vertical sides. The housing has a back panel but is open to the front. Most components are mounted either directly to the back panel or are part of the small circuit board screw-mounted to the bottom right corner of the panel.
The previously mentioned board component portion of the 705309-39R is populated by two transformers, diodes, resistors, several terminal pins, and multiple cable connectors. This circuit board is numbered 0-51378-27. This is a gate coupling board. Other components mounted within the housing include metal oxide varistors, a Dale power resistor, an inductor coil, and an oscillator. The housing has openings in its side and top edges to allow cables through to their proper destinations.
