About the 803624-15F
The 803624-15F is a Reliance Electric drive board that functions as a power supply. This is one of several available Reliance power supplies within AX Control’s on-hand stock. These power supplies are used within Reliance drive systems like the FlexPak3000. We typically have these components as reconditioned units, but we may sometimes have them as never-used surplus. AX Control can also repair your component if you prefer that option. The 803624-15F component is now in legacy status.
The 803624-15F is a power supply component. This small rectangular board includes a number of components including a switching transformer (417102-35A, MEC-RC) surrounded on either side by high-voltage electrolytic capacitors.
Other board components include a vertical pin cable connector located on one short board edge. This connector has stabilizing clips. There is another 3-pin vertical pin connector on the opposite side. The board also has a stab-on connector, individual terminal pins, integrated circuits, and transistors. A heat sink provides cooling.
The board is factory drilled in three corners and is marked along one edge with hash markings to help with alignment. The board carries several codes and includes the Reliance logo and the board ID. Most components are marked with some sort of identifying mark.
