803624-17E Power Supply
The 803624-17E is a Reliance Electric board component. It is used in several of Reliance’s drive systems, most often the FlexPak 3000, and is available from AX Control as a reconditioned used product and as a new, never-used surplus board. We can also repair your current board component. The 803624-17E is no longer manufactured by Reliance. It was distributed under various manufacturing names during its active manufacturing years, including ABB and Baldor-Reliance.
The 803624-17E functions as a Power Supply board. This is a small rectangular board that is populated by a switching transformer (417102-35A,) and multiple high-voltage electrolytic capacitors. The board also has three integrated circuits, a multi-pin male cable connector with stabilizing clips, a 3-pin vertical pin connector, individual terminal pins, one stab-on connector, and several transistors. The board has one heat sink, several ceramic capacitors, diodes and Zener diodes, and metal film resistors. It is factory-drilled in three of four corners. Two edges are marked by the half-inch. The board surface is marked with codes like 4594, 94V-0 and the board’s alternate board number and date of manufacture.
