The 803624-44B from Reliance Electric is a Pulse Encoder Interface Board. This board is often used with the FlexPak 3000 and WebPak 3000 DC drives, also from Reliance. Please note that, due to changes in Reliance Electric company structure, the board you are replacing may have originally shipped from and be marked as a component by Asea Brown Boveri/ABB or from Baldor-Reliance. If you have any concerns about compatibility with this listing, please reach out to our team. The 803624-44B is no longer being actively manufactured.
The 803624-44B is a smaller board component with only a few pieces of mounted hardware. The board is factory drilled in each corner to allow for the insertion of mounting screws. Nylon washers are recommended to hold screws to the board’s surface. The board has a single ribbon cable connector (J1) located along its left edge. This connector has stabilizing clips located at each to help hold the cable connector in place. There is a six-position terminal strip along the bottom edge. This is labeled (J6). The screw connections are labeled +15V, COM, A, ANOT, B, and BNOT. The board has three stab-on connectors. These are labeled (J2) Gnd, (J3), and (J4) Speed Feedback. Other components include nine integrated circuits, two capacitors, and a diode. The board is marked with an X and a Y axis. The edges of the board are marked by half inch increments.
