About the 803624-83A
803624-83A SP 500 AC VS Drive Display Board
Reliance Electric fabricated the 803624-83A as a component for their drive systems. This component is most often used within Reliance AC variable speed drives. Due to changes in company structure, your original component may have shipped from ABB/Asea Brown Boveri or from Baldor-Reliance.
The 803624-83A is an AC VS Drive Display Board. It is fitted with a front faceplate/HMI that connects to the circuit board using screw mounts at the corners threaded through factory-made drill holes. This HMI panel includes a four-digit display, eight LED indicators, a start and a stop/reset button, a mode/enter button, a fwd/rvs button, and two toggle buttons (up/down.) The LEDs are labeled RPM, % LOAD, VOLTS, REMOTE, RUN, PROGRAM, FORWARD, and REVERSE. This panel covers the bottom three-quarters of the circuit board.
The 803624-83A board is populated by a 14-position terminal strip. It has a relay, a cable connector, a second pin right-angled pin connector, integrated circuits, diodes, resistors, and capacitors. The rear surface of the board is populated almost exclusively by resistors and capacitors. Most components are marked with reference designators. Surface wiring is used to connect terminals on the terminal strip.
The 803624-83A is marked with an X and Y axis. The board edge is labeled by the half inch on two sides. The board has an alternate board number of 56953-310AA.
