The 812.54.00 is an INPUT MODULE 16CHANNEL 115VAC produced by Reliance Electric. The face of the 812.54.00 has sixteen green LED style lights. There are seventeen triple hash lines all labeled zero through seventeen. The 812.54.00 has a circuit board attached to the front panel. This circuit board has twenty light blue strip capacitors, and three PCB mount electrolytic capacitors. The card has three transistors. The circuit board uses eleven integrated circuits. Towards the front is three sets of three jumper pins with blue covers. The 812.54.00 has two black relay boxes, a tall light blue relay, and four narrow relay tiles. Towards the back of the circuit board is a line of sixteen pale peach colored fixed resistors. All of these fixed resistors have a dark red band, a light purple band, a red orange band, and a thin metallic golden band. Behind the first row of fixed resistors is the second row of light blue carbon film resistors. The back of the circuit board has a large male style connection terminal with sixteen golden pins. The 812.54.00 board uses this to connect into the power drive rack. The 812.54.00 secures into place with the connection terminal and two screws on the front face panel. The input module has a grid pattern which is labeled using single or double letters for the “Y” axis and numbers ranging from zero to one hundred and ten for the “X” axis.
