The 812.63.00 was produced by Reliance Electric as an OUTPUT BOARD EURO DIGITAL card. The 812.63.00 has a front panel that has seventeen amber color LED lights. To the right of each LED light is three dash lines and then the number of the light ranging from one to seventeen. Below all of the LED lights is a small block that reads Output Contact. The 812.63.00 works with a power rack and is secured using the anchors on the front panel. The circuit board section of this device contains eleven integrated circuits, to house the instructions for the 812.63.00 to function. There are four sets of jumper pins with blue sleeve style covers. There are three orange PCB electrolytic capacitors. The 812.63.00 output has four large black transistors to transmit energy and data. The 812.63.00 has a single large shot key style diode. There are four long yellow strip capacitors as well the close in sixteen large black relays. In front of these yellow strip capacitors, the card has “CAUTION MOS” printed in front of them. There are two smaller relays separate from the cluster of sixteen relays. There is also a long light blue tower near the front edge of the card. The 812.63.00 has a large male connection terminal at the rear of the card that snaps into place to secure it.
