The 813.41.00 functions as a TIA interface. This is a bidirectional bridge that transfers data in two directions. The unit is used to populate a system database with information from the associated system while also passing related data to that associated system as it is needed.
The 813.41.00 works in conjunction with a 25 A 849.01.03 power unit and a 135.60.00 Thyristor module. It is also used with a 124.07.00 field rectifier module with a mounted metal oxide varistor (MOV). These components do not work alongside a cooling fan. The components are stacked as a regulator, interface assembly, bus bars, thyristor/thyristor module, and heat sink.
