The SE-68193 is a circuit board from Reliance Electric. This board is designed as a replacement part for many of the company’s drives. It may be sold under this part number or may be listed as an ACSR-2 board. This is a large rectangular circuit board, weighing approximately 1.50 pounds before the addition of exterior packing or shipping materials. The board is designed to work in conjunction with optional daughterboard SB-68176 (IMS-001) that connects to one side of the board and mounts via four standoffs. This board includes a five-digit LED display and multiple LED indicators.
The SE-68193 is heavily populated by many different kinds of board components including a two-level terminal strip located along one short board edge. This component is designed for wire attachment points to let the board communicate with other boards or devices. Many of the screw mounts are labeled to indicate their proper usage. The unit also has vertical pin connectors, inductors, multiple potentiometers, several DIP switch components, jumper switches, a toggle switch, and a number of integrated circuits. The board uses high-voltage surface-mounted electrolytic capacitors along with other types of capacitors, as well as diodes and various resistors.
