About the TRBD-1
TRBD-1
The TRBD-1 is a large rectangular board fabricated by Reliance. It is used within Reliance drives.
The TRBD-1 is a crowded board, with a large number of components. This includes eight male vertical pin header connectors around the board edges, along with a female connector with several different colored wires extruding from its top surface. Six of these connectors are lined up side-by-side along the top board edge. Each connector is paired with several transistors, an integrated circuit, a resistor network array, and other components. These sets are located above a line of four identical repeating sets of two inductor coils paired with high-voltage surface mounted electrolytic capacitors, a single LED indicator, a resistor, and other components. These are placed to the left of four surface-mounted electrolytic capacitors and a fuse in a protective carrier.
Other board components include additional resistors, capacitors, transformers, disk capacitors, resistors, and additional inductor coils. There are also several other integrated circuits on the board, along with more resistor network arrays.
For a full description of the board or for detailed information on the board’s use, maintenance, or for troubleshooting guidelines, please refer to publications like data sheets or manuals originally provided by Reliance. These publications may now sometimes be found through ABB or Baldor-Reliance. For additional information, please talk to your sales representative.
