About the 9101-1132
The 9101-1132 is a single-phase 20-amp Reliance Electric BRU-200 series brushless servo drive. This drive was probably also sold by Baldor Reliance and ABB at one point, but it is now classified as a legacy series model. The 9101-1132 may be hard to locate, but AX Control tries to keep it in stock. This drive can be found under the alternative product numbers DM-20 or BRU-200-DM-20.
The 9101-1132 has the capacity to provide power and control to an Electro-Craft type motor. There are a few options for motors that this drive can be paired with. Reliance suggests this drive should be used with either the F-4030 that is in the F-Series or the S-3016 or S4030 in the S-Series. This drive maintains a 20A peak amp rating and a continuous amp rating of 10A. It is a 120/240 VAC 50/60HZ drive. It has a +/-10 VDC continuous command signal range with a 13.3 ohms impedance. It has a 100 watt + dissipative shunt maximum power loss. However, the typical power loss values are normally only ½ of the max value. This device has a peak power shunt of 4.5 kilowatts and a continuous shunt of 50 watts. The drive weighs 15lbs.
The 9101-1132 has a faceplate that has several basic features. On the top right-hand corner, there are four small LED indicators. These indicators are numerically labeled 1-4. One of the LEDs is green and the others are red. There is an I/O terminal strip that is located near the bottom left-hand side of the drive. There is a small green LED indicator light slightly below the terminal strip.
