About the 9101-1133
The 9101-1133 is a DM-30 model in the BRU-200 Series of servo drives. There is a good chance that it was offered under the ABB or Baldor Reliance labels depending on when it was sold.
The 9101-1133 is a brushless single-phase servo drive. It is in charge of ensuring that the motor has power and is controlled. It has a 120/240 VAC input voltage and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. It has the ability to maintain a continuous 15 amps and a peak of 30 amps. It can keep a 4.5-kilowatt peak shunt and a continuous shunt of 50 watts. It typically weighs around 6.8 kilograms. It is recommended by the original manufacturers that this drive should be used in combination with either an F-series or S-series Electro-Craft motor. The motors that are suggested are the F-4075, F-4050, S-4075, and S-4050.
On the 9101-1133 next to the faceplate, the user can see some of the internal circuitry because the chassis is open. The faceplate has many different external components that include a terminal strip and a series of LED lights. The terminal strip has the ability to connect to I/O and directly to the motor. This strip is located on the left side of the faceplate. There is another set of six connectors on the right side that is labeled P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, and P6. They are also labeled with what type of connection they are. On the bottom of the drive is an external fan assembly that helps to keep the air moving through the internal circuitry.
