About the 9101-1301
The 9101-1301 is a 10 amp Reliance Electric Brushless Single-Phase Servo Drive. It was initially created in the BRU-200 Series.
The 9101-1301 is classified as an industrial sinusoidal drive. It has an amp rating that continuously maintains a rating of 5 amps. It has a peak amperes of 10A. This drive is 100-240 VAC and 50/60 Hz. The internal bus DC voltage range is 141-340 VDCs (325 VDCs when it is using a 230 VAC input). It has a 13.3k ohms impedance with a signal input range of +/-10 VDCs. It has a 4-kilowatt peak shunt power and a 50-watt continuous shunt power. This drive weighs around 6.8 kg. It has a power loss maximum of 50 watts + the dissipative shunt.
The 9101-1301 is recommended for use with an Electro-Craft S-series motor. The motors the user may choose from are the S-3007, the S-2003, and the S-2005. These motors are classified as permanent magnet synchronous motors. This drive has the capacity to provide its assigned motor with control and power. It can use a 16-bit microprocessor to make serial interfaces from a standard PC or programming terminal to the servo drive. The user has the ability to plug the drive into a personality module, the module can then handle all of the set-up and motor tuning for the drive.
The 9101-1301 uses a set of 4 LED indicator lights. One of them glows green while the other three glow red. These are numerically labeled 1-4. There are 6 connections under these lights that are labeled P1 through P6. There is a terminal strip on the left that has a green LED light directly below it.
