About the 9101-1303

The 9101-1303 is a specific drive within the DM-30 models of the BRU-200 series made by Reliance Electric.  There is a possibility that it was also sold by ABB and Baldor Reliance.

The 9101-1303 possesses an input voltage that is rated 120/240VAC and 50/60HZ. It has a peak amperage of 30A and continuous amps of 15A. This drive is considered to be single-phase. It has a typical peak shunt value of 4.5 kilowatts and a continuous shunt value of 50 watts. It weighs right around 6.8 kilograms. There are several different motors that this drive can be paired with. It is recommended that this drive be used in conjunction with an S-4075, S-4050, F-4075, or an F-4050 Electro-Craft type motor.

Next to the faceplate on the 9101-1303, there is an open gap where the internal components can be seen. On the faceplate, there are many different external components that include both connections and LEDs. There is a series of 4 LEDs that glow green when the drive is working as it should and then red if there are issues that have developed within the drive. These LEDs are labeled numerically 1-4. There is also a terminal strip on the faceplate that can be used to connect the motor. On the right side, there is a series of six connectors that are also labeled. On the bottom of the chassis, there is an external fan that is used to circulate air to the internal components.  This entire setup should be mounted vertically on a flat panel.
