About the 9101-1359
The 9101-1359 is a DM-75 BRU-200 type 75-amp brushless single-phase servo drive module. It was originally designed by Reliance Electric but may have also been sold under the ABB or Baldor Reliance product lines depending on when it was in production. The 9101-1359 is now a legacy series part and may be a little hard to find. AX Control does make every attempt to stock it as a new surplus or refurbished part.
The 9101-1359 was meant to be paired with a corresponding Electro-Craft series of motors. The drive gives the power and command over the motor needed to have it operate at peak efficiency. It has a typical input voltage of 50/60Hz and 120/240 VACs. It can have an output voltage of 120/240 VACs at 0-400Hz. It has a continuous amperage of 35 amps with a peak amperage of 75 amps.
The faceplate of the 9101-1359 has two terminal strips. There is one in the top left-hand corner. It is used to connect the external shunt and is labeled TB2 and with the numbers 1-3. The terminal strip in the bottom left corner has an LED indicator above it and is labeled TB1. The main motor cable is wired into this terminal strip. The LED indicator associated with it will glow when there are wires attached to the strip. There are six connectors on the bottom right side that are labeled P1-P6 and with what type of connectors are wired to them. There are also four LEDs in the top right corner that are labeled 1-4. On the bottom of the drive are two external fans meant to keep the internal drive components cool.
