The BRU-200-DM-20 is a 20 amp 1-Phase BRU-200 Reliance Electric Servo Drive. This model was also probably sold by ABB and Baldor Reliance. This model is now a part of the Reliance Legacy Series and might be a little hard to find now. AX Control does try to keep it in stock though. This drive can also be found under the alternative part numbers DM-20 and 9101-1302.
The BRU-200-DM-20 is a brushless servo drive that has the ability to provide control and power to the Electro-Craft series of motors. Reliance suggests that this drive be paired with one of the following motors in the F-Series or S-series: the S-3016, F-4030, or S-4030. This drive is 120/240 VAC with a peak amp rating of 20A. it has a continuous amp rating of 10A. It has a 141-310 VDC DC bus that can obtain a 325 VDC when it uses 230 VAC input. It has a continuous +/-10 VDC command signal range with an impedance of 13.3 ohms. This drive has a maximum power loss of 100 W + the dissipative shunt. A typical power loss value is only ½ of the maximum value though. It has a 4.5-kilowatt peak power shunt and a 50-watt continuous shunt. This entire drive weighs roughly 15 lbs.
The faceplate of the BRU-200-DM-20 has several basic features that are typical of this type of model. There are four LED indicator lights present that are red or green and are labeled numerically 1-4. There is a terminal strip near the bottom left corner. It has a green LED directly below it that is labeled Ready.
