The 615055-1V is a DM150 AutoMax SA500 Series AC Power Module created by Reliance Electric. It can be found under the alternate part numbers DM150 and 9101-0379.
The 615055-1V has an input rating of 325 VDC and 58 amps. It has an output of 230 VAC with a continuous 48 amps and 106 max amps. This module features a power module interface (PMI) regulator PCB. It is used to transform DC power into AC power for the motor. This module is 445 mm tall, 115 mm wide, 250 mm thick, and 11 kg. It should be operated in temperatures between 0 to +50 degrees Celsius. A maximum of six of these modules can be connected together using a single DC Bus supply. This Power Module has the highest current range that’s offered. The other three are 14, 28, and 25 amps.
On the faceplate of the 615055-1V, there are 15 red, green, and yellow LED indicators. The red indicators are labeled P.M. FLT, EXT FLT, and RAIL FLT. The green LEDs are labeled PWR OK, COM OK, OK, FBDK OK, RPI, and 5 LEDs alphanumerically labeled AUX IN 1-AUX IN 5. The yellow LEDs are labeled MCR and AUX OUT. Below the LEDs is a reboot switch and two comm link ports. These are labeled P1 XMT and P2 RCV. There are two male pin rail port connections that are labeled P3 and P4. There is a 14-pin female connection port that is labeled Resolver Feedback and an 18-pin female connection that’s labeled Drive I/O.
