The 9101-0103 is a 100 Amp BRU-500 series DM-100 Brushless Servo Drive. ABB or Baldor Reliance could have also sold this device depending on when it was initially created. It is now no longer receiving any type of support from these companies as a legacy series model. It may now be a little hard to find but AX Control does try to keep it stocked as a refurbished or new surplus item.

The 9101-0103 has a value of 170/340 VDC output and 120/240 VAC input. It has a total peak amperage of 100 A and a continuous amperage of 50 A. It has a max loss of power that is 275 watts. This drive has the ability to provide the necessary control and power to an Electro-Craft model motor. It can handle I-Series, F-Series, or S-Series motors. They are the I-5300 TEAO, F-6300, F-6200, S-8350, and the S-6200. The TEAO in the I-Series stands for “totally enclosed air over.”

The 9101-0103 is equipped with a total of 4 LED indicator lights. One is green while the others are red. These lights are meant to alert the user to issues within the drive or to let the user know it is functioning as it should be. It has a set of 6 connectors that are labeled alphanumerically P1-P6 and with the connection types need for each port. The drive also has two exposed fans on the bottom side of the chassis that help to control the air flowing to the internal components within the drive.
