Reliance Electric created the 9106-0082 Electro-Craft 30-amp Brushless Servo Amplifier Drive. It may possibly have also been offered by ABB or Baldor Reliance within their production lines depending on the years it was being mass-produced. It is no longer being supported by these companies, but AX Control does still try to keep this device in stock. The alternative part number for the 9106-0082 is BSA-30.

The 9106-0082 has an input rating of 1-phase, 50/60 Hz, and 120 VAC. It has an output voltage of 0-400 Hz and 120 VAC. This module should be used with the following motors: LD-3009, S-3016, LD4012, S-4030, and the F-4030.

There are many features on the faceplate of the 9106-0082. The LEDs on this device will shine in different patterns to indicate issues within the system. The issues it can detect include the bus over-voltage, output over-current, drive over-temp, motor over-temp, a logic supply fault, and an AC line loss. There is a chart on the left side of this device that will show what the patterns are for these issues.  These four LEDs are labeled Logic P/S, LED 1, LED 2, and LED 3. There is a terminal strip on the faceplate that has places for seven wires. There is another bank of nine wire connections that is just below the LED indicators. Finally, there are three RS-232 connections (one female and two males). The female connection is for the P1 Controller. The small male connection is for the P2 Encoder Out and the larger male connection is the P3 Encoder In.
