100FR4031 is a Regenerative FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. This drive has a rated horsepower of 100 HP and 460 input volts.There are many optional modification kits available on the FlexPak 3000 drive. A few of them are listed as follows, though not all of these apply to this specific drive. The Blower Motor Starter Kit provides a fused AC starter with adjustable overload and interlocking for control of the three-phase blower motor. The blower motor is used to cool the DC motor. These kits belong to the model numbers in the 902FK series. The DeviceNet Communication Board allows for drive communication over the open protocol DeviceNet network. This board mounts inside the drive and includes network connection terminals. The user cannot use the AutoMax Network Communication Board when using the DeviceNet board. The model number is 915FK1100.
The Drive Control Configuration Software is a Windows-based software that allows the user to connect any personal computer (running Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or later) to a FlexPak 3000 drive. The user may apply this software in order to create, store, download drive configurations, and upload drive configurations. The user can utilize this software to start the drive, stop the drive, monitor and change parameters through the PC, and read and reset the drive’s fault log. The model number is 2CS3000. The Inverting Fault Circuit Breaker Kit is an alternative to drives supplied with inverting fault fuses. These kits belong to the model numbers in the 906FK series. The NEMA 1 Conversion Kit converts the standard chassis to a NEMA 1 enclosure. These kits belong to the model numbers in the 904FK series. Do not attempt to install, operate, or service this drive unless you are qualified electrical personnel. Failure to follow this rule may result in bodily harm and/or loss of life. Unqualified operation of the drive may also result in damage to the equipment. This drive is UL listed for user safety.
