About the 10FR2032
10FR2032 is a regenerative 230 VAC FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. There are a number of fault codes on the drive. Fault code F00001 is the IET Overcurrent fault, which means that the armature current has instantaneously exceeded 180% of the maximum current. This may be caused by damaged motor armature winding, incorrect armature current feedback scaling, improper tuning of the current minor loop, and one or more thyristors that are inoperable. Fault code F00002 is a Tachometer Loss fault, which means that the feedback signal is missing from the tachometer. This fault has many possible causes: a failure of tach coupling, damaged or disconnected tach wires, low pulse tach supply voltage, incorrect tach polarity, incorrect analog tach scaling, incorrect pulse tach configuration, disconnected motor armature winding or open circuit, an inverting fault (D-C) fuse that is blown, a tripped inverting fault breaker, or a failure of the tachometer.
Fault code F00003 is an Overspeed fault, which means that the motor speed exceeded 110% of the drive’s top speed. This fault may be caused incorrect pulse tach wiring, improper speed loop tuning, blown field supply fuse(s) incorrect tach scaling, or pulse tach quadrature set to ON on non-regenerative drives. F00004 is a Field Loss Current fault, which means the field loss detection circuit does not sense any field current flowing in the motor shunt field. Possible causes of this fault are damaged or disconnected wiring, blown field supply fuse(s) or AC line fuse(s), failure of the field supply, disconnected motor field winding or open circuit.
