About the 10FR4032
10FR4032 is a regenerative 460 VAC FlexPak 3000 drive that is manufactured by Reliance Electric. There are a number of fault codes on the FlexPak 3000 drive. F00100 is the Main Contactor Did Not Open fault, which means that following a run or jog, the main contactor did not open. This may occur due to disconnected, loosely connected, or damaged FN, FN AUX, DB or DB AUX wiring, a contactor failure, or damaged/disconnected main contactor or dynamic brake control wiring. F00200 is the Power Failure fault, which means that the power supply input voltage momentarily went below tolerance. This might occur after an AC line voltage dip or due to a disconnected or damaged J7 ribbon cable or power supply input wiring.
F00700 is the Factory Defaults Restored faults, which means that all default parameters have been restored. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior memory save or a new or defective regulator board. F00701 is the Fault Log Restore Failure fault, which means that fault log information was determined to be invalid. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior fault log save or a defective regulator board. F00702 is the Keypad Ref Restore Failure fault, which means the keypad reference value stored in retentive memory was determined to be invalid. The possible causes are a power loss during a prior keypad reference save or a defective regulator board. F00703 is the OIM Key Restore Failure fault, which means there is a defective regulator board.
